The 90-minute Abhyanga at Ayuasana in Cologne is a deepened Ayurvedic full-body oil massage for 120 euros. The extra time allows for a longer, more unhurried full-body massage, an extended warm-oil resting time, and a generous period of rest afterward. Naveen Reddy tailors every detail to your Ayurveda type — from the oil to room temperature to pressure intensity. Ideal for anyone who wants to deliberately take more time for themselves and enjoy an extended moment of relaxation — in the tradition of Charaka, Suśruta, and Vāgbhaṭa.
More time, sink deeper, let it linger.
Abhyanga Massage · 90 minutes
The deeper form of Abhyanga — ninety minutes where warm oil nourishes the whole body. More space for breath, for stillness, for the gentle release of what the body no longer needs to carry.

The oil — the heart of Abhyanga
In Sanskrit, the word sneha carries two meanings: oil — and affection. In Abhyanga, the two flow together. The oil is gently warmed until it feels soft and comforting, never hot, and drawn across the body in slow, even strokes from head to toe. Which oil it will be, I choose with you beforehand — for your Ayurveda type, the season, and how you feel that day. Then I let the warmth do the work. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to hold on to. You simply lie back and feel the quiet settle in.

Ayuasana is a pure wellness and relaxation offering. The treatments described here serve exclusively general well-being and relaxation. The provider is neither a doctor nor a Heilpraktiker (state-licensed alternative practitioner); no healthcare within the meaning of the German Alternative Practitioners Act (Heilpraktikergesetz, HeilprG) is practised. The treatments are not medical or therapeutic treatment, not a diagnosis and not nutritional counselling, and do not replace a visit to a doctor. No illnesses or complaints are diagnosed, treated or alleviated, and no healing or health promises are made. The individual tailoring of a treatment — for example based on personal preferences or the Ayurvedic constitutional profile (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) — serves solely a pleasant, soothing wellness experience and has no medical or diagnostic character.
